MONITORING DURING MACHINING.

The condition of the tools is monitored on the machine at set intervals. Monitoring tasks during the machining process are:

• Tool wear monitoring

• Tool breakage monitoring

• Tool presence control

WITH OUR 3D COORDINATE MEASURING DEVICE, WE ARE IN A POSITION TO ADDITIONALLY MONITOR AND DOCUMENT THE SERIES PROCESS.
